When will my first Plate Crate ship?
We ship our crates on the 10th of every month. If you subscribe before the 10th, your first box will ship that month; otherwise, it will ship the following month.
Can I customize the gear inside my crate?
While each crate is a curated surprise, you can specify your shirt size and age group during signup to ensure all apparel and training aids are a perfect fit for your game.
What is your return policy?
Due to the curated nature of our subscription boxes, we do not accept returns. However, if an item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 15 days for a replacement.
How do I skip a month or cancel my subscription?
You can manage your subscription directly through your account dashboard. You have the flexibility to skip a month or cancel at any time before your next billing cycle.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to ballplayers worldwide! Shipping rates for international orders are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
