At Plate Crate, we want to ensure you have the best gear for the diamond, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, our team is here to help you get back in the game.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely package your baseball gear.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original tags are still attached to the products.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange gear within 5-7 business days.
